Gary Foltz and Associates - Seminars for General Banking, Bank Operations and Compliance Training

Gary Foltz left a banking career that spanned more than thirty years to start his own firm specializing in financial education, training, and consulting services for financial institutions in the areas of operations, compliance and information technology.

Prior to starting his own company, Gary served in numerous senior management positions within the Operations Department of a large Midwestern Regional Bank Holding Company. During his tenure in banking he has gained extensive experience in virtually all aspects of bank operations, including payment systems, electronic funds transfer, treasury management, and new product development and implementation.

Since the firm's creation in 2003, Gary has conducted seminars and presentations for several state banking associations located in Missouri, Kansas, Illinois and Kentucky as well as for the Centers for Financial Training in Colorado. In 2006, he established affiliations with Bankers Choice, (an organization founded by a law firm headquartered in Kansas City, MO that specializes in providing legal assistance and training for community banks throughout the Midwest), and has presented web-seminars through Total Training Solutions and Financial Educations and Development, Inc., to bankers across the country. He has served as the lead faculty member for the Missouri School of Bank Management since its inception in 1986 and has served as an instructor for numerous American Institute of Banking, (AIB), programs.

Through his company, Gary now devotes his full time and attention to developing and presenting training programs and providing consulting services for community bankers.
